Holistic wellness to help you find home in your body

Through gentle and supportive massage and hands-on bodywork, I hope to support you in the process of recovering your health.

Touch is a means of influencing tissue in the body, but primarily it is a language that connects physiology and spirit, allowing for new ways of experiencing yourself.

Hands-on approaches include Swedish massage, Myofascial Release, and Craniosacral Therapy to support those experiencing:

  • Chronic pain

  • Difficulty healing from an injury

  • Anxiety/depression

  • Panic attacks

  • PTSD/unresolved trauma

  • Insomnia

  • Numbness or dissociation from body or body part

  • A lack of pleasure or connection with body

  • General discomfort or pain

In addition, I offer bodywork and holistic abdominal and pelvic care for women/people inhabiting uterine or vulvo-vaginal systems, experiencing

  • pregnancy, postpartum, post-miscarriage

  • struggling with menstrual challenges

  • or simply seeking to inhabit or heal their “root” and the energetic and nervous network of the pelvis

Hi, I’m Megan

With a background in counseling and somatic psychology, I offer a unique approach to bodywork that includes listening to your whole self. I see the healing process as an art, a science, and something of an undefinable nature related to spirit or soul. My hands are a tool to listen in and to evaluate what I perceive in your body, but primarily they are a means of communication by which you can come into a deeper, more nuanced, and more empowered relationship with yourself and a healing capacity that already resides within you. This is where change and sometimes profound discovery or understanding can happen. Each individual I work with is unique in their needs and experience, and I create a treatment process that reflects this.
